We will include promotional materials of your choice in every attendee's event bag and include your provided company name and/or logo on the Sponsor Thank-you section of the Excursion web page. Two people from the organization or company may attend the Excursion (does not include travel or lodging). Additionally, you will have an opportunity to speak about your organization or company for ten minutes during the Saturday evening barbecue. Promotional materials will be displayed at the Saturday evening barbecue and party to include informational items, giveaway items, and one large banner.
