Subsidy Application

It is our goal to make the Fall Excursion accessible to everyone who would benefit from it. If you would like to attend the Fall Excursion but need financial help to make it possible, we are happy to provide a subsidy that would reduce the cost of lodging and registration to $100 OR program registration only (for those who are local or lodging offsite) to $50. Subsidy awardees receive exactly the same experience as all other attendees. We will not divulge the identities of subsidy awardees. Subsidy awardees must secure their own transportation to and from the Fall Excursion. Bedding

For those lodging onsite, you have the option of bringing your own bedding (like a pillow and sleeping bag or bed linens) or we can provide bedding for you which consists of one pillow, pillow case, fitted sheet, flat sheet, and blanket. The bunks are sturdy wood with a waterproof mattress. Please indicate which option your prefer. If you are lodging elsewhere, please choose that option. Your choice will not affect the price of your registration and lodging.
