RfR Helpline Web Call

RfR’s Helpline project answers calls and chats from around the world. If you do not have access to a standard phone or are unable to dial one of our numbers, we offer web-based calling as an option.

This uses the speaker and microphone of your device to speak to a human agent directly from your web browser. You may be prompted to give this page additional permissions (ex: to the microphone) on starting. These must be allowed for the feature to work.

As with our other call and chat options, you will be interacting with a live agent. This service may be unavailable at times. If you’re unable to reach someone in real-time, please schedule a conversation.
